In-house Mobile Workforce Management System (WFMS – SWIFT)

The TM WFMS has been successfully developed and deployed for our nationwide fieldforce to ensure timely and high quality service fulfilment and assurance. With 3500 units deployed to date, our customers have enjoyed an improved service delivery reflected in our customer experience measures. In 2016, the WFMS will be expanded to include Network Development and Contractor Management.
